Hi ladies!

Angelique: Congratulations!!!! How wonderful! We will be going for the downs scan on 17 Sept and we are praying that all will be 100% perfect. How are u feeling? Still MS?

Hey ladies

Here is me!!!

After about 20 months of trying we finally got our BFP!! Went to the gynae on Friday and I am 11 weeks along with our second. My LB is turning 4 in October.

Jooste I'm so happy for you and Cleo I hope that it is smooth sailing all the way for you.

Since it's my 2nd my gynea is only seeing me again in October and I am going for my 14 week downs scan on the 11 September and hopefully they'll be able to see the sex of the baby then. But is really doesn't matter to me.

Otherwise I'm so glad there are more people to chat too.

Told my close family over the weekend and waiting it out a bit to let everyone at work know.

Have had only bad nausea for the past couple of weeks and also very tired. I've lost almost 4kg but that's ok because I'm on the chubby side anyway. Otherwise all is well.

Yes, we have waited very long and this is the result of years of praying and fertility drugs. Congratulations on your 2nd baby!! I hope it is smooth sailing all the way. I've been having it very easy. No...or very few bouts of MS, some constipation and some days my breast are tender.

Other than that...nothing much. I had the most horrible AF-like cramps during the first few weeks and it really scared me a lot. If it was not for others being pg before, telling me that it is normal, I would have cried through weeks4 - 8. Just went for 10wk scan and we could see the little baby moving! So precious. I still can't believe I'm pg.

Have you been to your gynie...or are you waiting for the 8week mark? As this baby was conceived via IVF, we went at 6weeks, 7weeks, 8 weeks and now at 10 weeks for an ultrasound. I needed to go for bloods everytime and it is only now that we really feel we can relax after seeing the little one moving today and still being on track developmentally.

Congrats! I see this is your first after a long period of trying.

From what I have calculated I am 5wks 1day due on 17 April but I will definitely be having a caesarian so probably early April. And if the little person is anything like the brother who was a month early then it brings it down to March.

It's still pretty early so I'll see my gynae at about 8wks.

So far I have had no symptons apart from mild cramping which is why I tested in the first place i.e. felt like I was coming on and nothing.

Hows your pregnancy been going so far?
