Hi there December mommies.
Hope you are all well.
Went for my 12 week nuchal translucency screening test today and everything looks good at a risk of 1:4000
All is well heartbeat 158 beats per minute. 6.4cm from crown to bottom.
And it's a boy.

He didn't stop moving...it was just arms,legs everywhere,everytime the dr wanted to take a measurement he would turn on his side it was such fun watching him.
Previous sonar he slept through it all.

I am going for my tests on 21/06 and hope that we will be able to see the sex of the baby. My EDD is 22/12

My symptoms are also starting to fade and boobies are not so sore anymore. Hehe glad to hear i'm not the only one with a tummy that looks fat. Can't wait for the bump to show

It's my first, and baby's EDD is 8 Dec 2013, having a boy!
Went for the Nuchal test at Dr. Linnie on Monday to check for Down sydrome, etc, and everything looks good at a risk of 1:15,000

So happy, we are now just starting to share the news with everyone, and it's all very exciting. Was soo hard to keep everything a secret till now

Not much symptoms for me. Tummy still looks like a fat tummy and not that preggy yet.

Hi ladies.

I'm 11 weeks 4 days today, baby's due on the 16th of December. I already have one boy, he's 7 and in grade 1. We've been TTC since November 2007. Last year I finally found an awesome fertility specialist (instead of a regular gynae, who've all told me: you're just too fat, drop some weight and you'll get pregnant in no time). Mmm, brilliant that, except that I have PCOS with IR, hypothyroidism, and hubby has terribly abnormal sperm, that might have something more to do with it.

Anyway, the FS put me on Glucophage XR and Euthyrox, and when my insulin and thyroid levels stabilised we tried three cycles of Femara, from Dec to March this year. BFN each time. Our little miracle just happened the month after we stopped the treatments (not being ready either emotionally or financially for IUI).

I had a missed m/c in June 2010 at 12 weeks. Can't wait to get past the first trimester, then I might fully relax and enjoy being pregnant more. Now I'm still too worried. Had scan at 7w1d and 9w3d. Seeing dr again next Tuesday (12w1d). And I'm excited, and also rather nervous.

I am also using the vaporub on the chest and back . Will try the hotwater honey and lemon juice,i also suck on Halls for my throat. And panado at bedtime.

I didn't have morning sickness hanging over the toilet yet,i just feel "quisey"...

So happy for you on your positive scan today,my sonogram is in 2 weeks time. I know how you feel on telling everyone...we waited until our first scan to tell everyone...

Gogga I had that "sinus" symptoms last week. What cured me was hot water, honey and lemon juice to drink and vaporub on chest and back. Unbelievable how these remedies do work oh and panado before bed time.

Did you ladies have morning sickness at all?

AFM I went for my scan today. Doctor very happy with progress. My dates are still spot one. 10 weeks 1 day today Heartbeat very healthy and all you see is this tiny arms and legs moving. So cute. I'm going for a sonogram in 3 weeks and doc said if baby is in correct position they will be able to tell the sex. How awesome is that? I really tried to keep quiet until 12 weeks but just had to tell close family today.
