I'm so sorry that you are feeling sick. I'm due 3 March so we are close

My first appointment is on 29 July when I'll be 9 weeks. I'm so looking forward to it.

This will be our first baby, but I've had two early miscarriages in the last year.

I'm lucky in that I haven't had bad nausea at all. I've been feeling a little queasy now and again, but nothing major - YET.

Suggestions I've had from friends - green apples, smelling/eating citrus fruit, sucking peppermints, provitas or salticrax, apple juice, having small helpings of protein rich food early, warm drinks like tea or black coffee.

I've made friends with the girls on the February 2014 board, but I thought perhaps there are other lurkers waiting for a March 2014 board so I thought I would start one!

My name is Bianca, I'm 36 tomorrow, and pregnant with my rainbow baby after 2 MCs. My EDD is 3 March 2014. I'm from Durban and my Gynea is Dr AJ Payne. My first appointment is only on 29 July at 9 weeks.
