Hi ladies my princess was born on monday 10:05 in the morning.weight 3.4 delivered by ceasarian.still at hospital.baba did not sleep well last night she has lots of winds,she refuses to be put down,she wants to be held all the time.pead prescribed telament drops started giving last night no change yet.I will him again when he comes in the morning.will post pictures when are at home

Welcome to our group Deja. wishing you speedy recovery with the cold. I struggle a bit with indigestion but a pinch of something hot ( chilly hot) sorts me out, not sure its recommended though I used to get heartburn from Albany bread, white or brown and have since changed to Sasko and i seem to be fine. My number one remedy is Watermelon, I do take Gaviscon once in a blue moon but i struggle to swallow,i stick to water melon and ice most of the time.

i am very lucky not to have indigestion and only get mild heartburn occasionally when i eat potato or bread.

i just went for a haircut. was fun not to be in the office for a while.

Deja - welcome to our group!!!! Sjoe, almost time to meet your baby.

Somedays I have terrible heartburn. Especially if I eat bread (white or brown); biscuits etc.

I have tried Eno's; Eno's Tums (that helps a bit); Coke (I know but it is my saving grace sometimes); milk (also helps) and the latest is chewing bubble gum - starts chewing as soon as I start feeling the heartburn coming!!! (I know Gaviscon helps but I cannot stomach it!!!)

I do however suffer with Gall stones so I think that also contributes to the heartburn.

Hope your indigestion and the cold are soon a thing of the past!!!
