Have you looked at an active birth unit? Since the new highway is very quick have a look at this website. It takes me about 40 minutes Pretoria to Boksburg in off peak traffic.

You are right hey, thrs always a negativ story evn about some of the highly regarded places. Iv booked a hospital tour and will b talking more to my gynea. Fingers n toes crossed fo the best

I am from CT so I don't know the hospitals. I can tell you that you will hear positive and negative stories with regards to all hospitals. Your doctor is very important. Maybe chat to him/her. I think my friend had her babies at Glynnwood ??? She was happy.

Im due in may 2014. Im with Dr brunne and happy but he only delivers @ ARWYP and i havnt heard many good things about the place. Anyone with good experiences ther o know of alternative maternity ( private) hospital on the east rand not too far from kempton park. Thanks mums
