Little Andries surprised Mom and Dad on Sunday night! Delivery was normal at the Midwives Exclusive Birth house.. My husband and doula made an awesome team.. Was such a magical experience through Hypnobirthing. Baby weighs 3.08kg, 46cm, healthy and happy! Husband is home with me for the next two weeks which is such a blessing! So in live with out little prince..

Looks like it's just you and me on this thread, my hip pain has become better but now the lower back pain, eish, l will look for the arnica tablets and hope they help, I can't do much these days coz I'm so uncomfortable.
I'm going to be at Shanduka clinic in Hillbrow, Thad where l had booked as an emergency backup measure when l still hoped for Parklane Hospital. I really hope it goes well.
I'm sure soon we will be holding our little ones in our arms, let's keep in touch

Hi Nntando! Which hospital will you go to? Haven't packed my bag yet - on my list to do for this weekend! I also experienced a lot of pain, recently went to see a Chiropractor who specialises in pregnancy. Helped a lot! My doula describes the pain as having been hit by a baseball bat between the legs.. Which I find pretty accurate! Chiro helped to relieve that pain - I've also felt that it's worse when I exercise, but I've been drinking Arnica - you can buy it at Pick 'n Pay or Clicks, homeopathic tablets - they work wonders. Last stretch hey! Hope all goes well - please let us know as soon as things start happening!
