Hi Ladies

My gynecologist only charged me R630 at the last appointment, normal appointment is R900. Next appointment 27 March and 4D scan 23/03.

Is anyone members of vitality? I am looking into it but not sure if it is worth it.

I am feeling huge and extremely tired in the afternoons. Lov ing all the movements. I will only shop for baby stuff after 1st of April. I have however started with my bag. Just waiting for winter pj's now.

Maryke I have never been an emotional person but with the 1st trimester and now with the 3rd I basically cry every week. It is hilarious

Hi ladies

How is everybody doing?

I have discovery medical with the savings account. I have read online on other old blogs that we can use out medical aid savings to buy breast pumps like madela at a discounted price. Wondering if anybody knows about it. You have to go to certain shops like dischem. Haven't had time to go personally.

If any of you ladies know about it or go to dischem before I can get there, pls let's us know.

Take care
Have a great evening.

Hi ladies

There are so many products in the market in these days. Here are a few must have items I'm going to get.

Most important is really bum cream. I have found Bepanthan to be the best product that actually works. It mite be around R150 for a tube. But it's money worth spent.

Nappies are a tough one. I think I will buy pampers premium for the hospital stay but stock up huggies from day size 2. Here is why I choose huggies. With all my babies I breast fed even for just 3 months and they always had that major runny poor that goes all the way up the back. Huggies has a high back compared to pampers. The trick for us ladies to buy our nappies sensibly. For example we should find out if we buy nappies from certain stores like baby city for example can we exchange them for a different brand if baby has a reaction or for a bigger size. And also ask if we are given a certain time frame to exchange etc.

The third important things for me are dummies and bottles. I personally loved the nuk dummies. I also like the bottles as well but I'm thinking I might be having tiny or premature babies in which case doctor Brown's are great and they also have a year for premie babies. All my singleton babies I used nuk, avent and Tommy tippee bottles. They all great bottles and they cater for colic babies.

Keep crepe bandage to wrap babies tummy after the navel falls off. It apparently helps winds from entering babies tummy and if nothing else at least baby will have a nice indebted belly button.lol

If I think of Anything else i will post. Pls dont be shy to ask any other questions. And also tell me if I'm wrong with anything. I've just said what I experienced with my babies.

Oh yes stock up on wetwipes. The pampers sensitive are great. And Johnson baby powder is letting off too many rumors. So Elizabeth Ann's seems like the way to go.

You take care ladies.
