It's not looking good for me. My levels dropped from 583 last Wednesday to 275 today. To rule out lab glitch or something, I need to go for another round on Monday.

I don't know what to think at this point. I'm so heartbroken - again - and confused because I'm not feeling any pain or cramps, am not even bleeding like in my first MC.

I just hope that if all is lost, it would just go naturally like before, no surgery will be needed.

Marykevs just wanted to let you know that my next appointment has changed. My doc is going away for a long wknd so my appointment has been moved up to the 23 November.

Hi there firstimemama. I'm not good at calculating dates but since I had my last period on the 23 August and my gynae says im 9wks now so I think you should be the same as me. Why so long wait for a scan?

I'm seeing Dr As Suleman. He is opposite city hospital in town. It's my first time with him. He seems nice though. I normally see Dr Ebrahim at St Augustine's hospital but now he is not covered by my medical aid and I just can't afford co payments.

Who are you seeing. If you need any advice just let me know. I will gladly help you. Ps this will be my 4th baby.

I did my first HCG on 13th October it was 85 then 4 days later on the 17th of October I did another one and it was 512.
The GP told me that I was then about 2-3 weeks, the clearblue digital told me 1 - 2 weeks. So i took it as 2 weeks at that stage. That would make me 5 weeks today according to the bloods and clear blue.

I can't use my cycles to determine because I was very irregular but i had approx. a 52 day cycle. My last period was 24th August. This method would make me 9 weeks now.

I suspect I ovulated on 30th sep.

Can anyone tell me how many weeks I am?

My scan is on 22nd November then I should know for sure but until then I'm lost.
