Hi ladies..

So I'm having a bit of drama.
I've bleed 3 times so far each time with huge cloths and if I counted correctly I should be about 12weeks. I've been up and down to the gynae and there is nothing showing up on the ultra sound... however my HCG is still increasing.. I'm at my wits end now.. I seriously don't know what to do

My gynae was pretty sure about the Gender at my visit yesterday, to an extent he could show us on the scan.

He apparently has a new scan machine from last year. Very clear images.

Hi ladies,

I'm new to the forum, super excited to chat to expecting mom's.
My due date did say September but everytime I go to the gynaecologist I end up being a week ahead. So has it stands I'm 14 weeks, 3 days. How accurate is the gender at 13 weeks? Doctor said it's a boy, I just don't want be disappointed. I have a 7 year old daughter.

I had slight bleeding and cramps last week, he did an internal and nothing from the womb. He put me on utrogestan, I broke out with acne and the nausea was awful. Apparently it thickens the placenta- I don't know. Things were much simpler 7 years ago...

I'm so glad to hear it's going well. our next scan is end of March. we will be 14 weeks then and will be able to tell the sex then! Super excited!

Hello All,

Sugar+Spice, I am doing much much better. I had my second doc visit yesterday and it seems my Little Boy is well into 13 weeks now.

Another Little Boy, a bit sad its not a girl to even out the odds at home but super glad my baby is well and all is going great.
Due early September.

@Sugar&spice: sorry to hear about the bad MS. hopefully second trimester will be good to you.

AFM: MS comes and goes and is not really the worst, just that I don't have appetite and forcing to eat gets me nauseated. For the past week I have been having bad headaches that comes and goes; and since yesterday around 9am (on our way to church) they started again and have been persistent. I'm trying to drink lots of water and avoiding to take any medication (I know paracetamols are safe to take). Have my 12weeks gynea appointment on Thursday and really cannt wait to just hear the heartbeat again.
rather than all that, I'm all good and taking it one day at a time.
