It’s back to work today for me, I had such a relaxing holiday! Read all your posts and so happy to hear our babies are growing so well!??
Had such a nightmare the other night regarding baby’s birth gosh, I think it’s because I’ve had everyone tell me how HUGE I am and that I look like I’m going to pop soon.
I’ve been having frequent Braxton Hicks as well but nothing to be too concerned about and boy does she move a lot!
30 weeks and 1 day today woohoo!!

Joonsie there is nothing stopping you from exercising till the end. And to be honest the most important thing to assist in labour is stretching techniques, especially if you considering natural! Kegal exercises are a MASSIVE MUST for natural birth!

I got my stem cell box and majority of my stuff for my bag and babies bag!
Have any on you ladies registered for the dischem bag is honestly worth it!
My next app is 12 March having my 4D and then normal scan one after the other. Just sad my mom can’t make it as she has her 3rd Chemo session.

Lariska I’m English my Afrikaans is horrific so my husband says lol but I’m terrible with languages in general!

Morning Ladies

I had a appointment with my doctor last week he did not have any problem with me switching to a doctor in Port Elizabeth just that i will have to give the new doctor at Life Mercantile Hospital my folder with all the tests and scans ive done .My next appointment will be on the 16th of march ,me and the baby we doing fine his 1.03kg hopefully all will go well.

Sorry for being so inactive . Its been crazy here ! Just wondering are you all english ?

No baba shower for me .... Busy with our room painting and washing blankets and all those lovely things. C section booked for 27april . Sugar levels are starting to normalise , still a little high mornings but its getting cooler so i can start walking again .
