Hi All

Some sad news my side. Went for a scan as had a little bleed and the baby has not really grown well at all and heartbeat is pretty slow. Going on progesterone for the next two weeks and then another scan but think its over for me

Afm: asic is helping the nausea but not 100%. Woke up at 1:30am sick to the core and threw up. Was horrible. Plus I battled a bought of Thrush (sorry tmi) then had to go back to the Gynae. Then last week I saw a bit of blood and had to go back again but it was Thrush related, the baby was fine. Now I have a UTI and I’m In something for it. Can’t I just get a break???

Ahh TCS thanks for the comfort. Cannot believe what a rough time you are having. You defs deserve a break.
The info session went ok and kind of made me rethink my gynae to be honest. Just need someone more available. Hopefully friday goes really well and I can move to a better head space

Hi ladies

Had a really rough night last night, at about 9:30, sorry TMI, but after a BM, quite a bit of pink mucus appeared. There hasn't really been any since but I am super paranoid that this is going to end badly like the last time. My gynae is a big believer in don't worry until you see fresh bleeding but my heart is just breaking. I see her for a scan on friday and unless it gets worse she doesn't think it is necessary to change the date. just feel very helpless and frustrated by it all.
I am really trying to stay positive but it is just so tough right now.
Worse, I am going to an info evening at the hospital where I want to deliver tonight, and I can't help feeling like a fraud for even going at this point.

So excited for you that all is looking good. I am doing well and trying to stay positive. Still very little nausea on my side which I probably should be grateful for. Got my first scan next week friday should be about 8.5 weeks so just hoping that we get there and all is positive. Hope your meds kick in soon!

How are you doing today?

i went for my scan.. everything is ok. Thank God! saw the heartbeat etc. measuring about 6 weeks and 3 days but by dates , measure 7 weeks today. so hopefully all goes well. next app is in 4 weeks and i have the specialist app in 5 weeks! holding thumbs..
my nausea is driving me nuts. i started taking asic... takes about 5 days to start working. i cannot wait. ive been waking up in the middle of the night with extreme nausea. On sunday morning i threw up Bile... it is so unpleasant..
