@ Bellyhearts, ooh almost the 9th and you must be getting so excited. We have told close family already but going to wait till after my NT 12w scan to announce to friends.

@ Aden, I am also so exhausted. Also telling more people after the 12w scan. Are you finding out the gender?

@ Nicole, Congrats! I hear you about the older mom and I am turning 40 at the end of the year but believe we will have gorgeous healthy babies.

AFM, 9w tomorrow and so exhausted and still craving carbs! All the ladies from the due in august group are having girls....my family members say I will be having another girl so will have to see.

I'm new here...

Well... hubby & I so wanted another little one (we have a laatlam DD of 4). So we decided to try in December & voila! My aversion to coffee (who I have a wonderful relationship with & are addicted to) will be born on 26 September, which also means its our little anniversary baby. I'm 7 weeks today.

Had a bit of a scare though & had to rush to my gynie... seems my implantation bleeding has started again, but baby is fine, heart is beating strong, etc.

My next scan is @ 12 weeks, the NT one. Since I'm an older mom there is always that constant nagging in my mind about having a healthy normal baby. I have so many fears lately it is driving me insane.

Welcome to the group @Melinda!

My scan is on Friday morning, getting really excited now, but also feeling nervous at the same time! I am only 9 weeks and already showing! This is a good month before I started showing with my first pregnancy.

I think if everything goes well at the scan on Friday we will start to announce it to all our friends and family.

My next scan is the NT scan at 12 weeks. Should have absolute clarity if this is a healthy pregnancy for me then.

The exhaustion is killing me. And just want to sleep all day. Was the same with my 1st pregnancy, and hopefully it clears again from 12 weeks. Nausea’s been better! Yay!

I’m 10w4d today. And I’m showing? Definitely much sooner than with my first. Getting difficult to hide... Will probably only announce after our NT scan. Have a lovely day, ladies?

I'm going for my scan next week Monday the 12th. I can't wait. I should be 8w6d then. So far no morning sickness. The only symptoms I've had so far were sore boobs, frequent urination and craving fruit (which I never liked before).

@Jay-Bee01 so happy to hear that the scan went well and baby is healthy! Sorry to hear about the morning sickness, out of all the symptoms that's the worst one to have. I had sever morning sickness with my first and almost none with this pregnancy, so very grateful. Am slightly worried because of the contrast.

My scan is this Friday, the 9th. Getting really excited for it. I think I will be 9 weeks exactly.

Have you ladies started announcing yet? If so, how did you announce your pregnancies?
