Hi Ladies , 

So quick update , went to see the gynae on Saturday .

Everything is going well - organs fully formed . Officially 19 weeks this week .

Dr might have to move my date to two weeks early - I have a fibriod (outside and far from the womb ) but he doesn't want to take chances given my history .

Bed booked already - apparently you need to book in advance ( didnt know these things )  - crossing fingers for a private room Medical aid already given me authorisation number 

Planning on hospital tour this coming Sunday .

Mama K, I am so happy for you!! You got your little boy, God is great! I cant wait for my scan on 13th Oct. Thanks for the hugs, let's hope this will end soon!

Hello Ladies,

Just a quick update on my 16 week Drs visit. Everything went well, and yep we are indeed having a BOY, I am BEYOND excited, words can't even begin to describe how I feel right now. All is good with baba, good strong heart, Dr could already see the 4chambers of the heart but said all that is only due to be checked at the next scan which is a BIG SCAN again (20 weeks, 26th Oct). Baba was facing the placenta and therefore the Dr couldn't get nice pics of his face, he was so busy, lol, so nunus to see. I really hope we get some nice pics at the next appointment. I wish I could go for a scan every week, lol. I have started to feel his kicks and/or movements, but still not strong enough to feel from the outside. Happiness all round!! 

@Charma I am so sorry to hear that you are still not feeling well. I started feeling better at around 13weeks. I hope you get some relief soon, LOADS of HUGS!!

TKM, good luck on your appointment on Saturday. Guys please update us on how the Angels are going. 

AFM still nauseous and have some annoying metallic taste in my mouth after eating. Still no appetite at all and have no idea what to eat anymore. Thinking of food makes me sick! Then there is insomnia and constipation, Lord have mercy! I am 13 weeks 4 days today and have my 16 weeks scan on 13 oct. 

When did your Morning sickness stop ladies? I really am tired of it.

OMG Cands, those nunus are definitely growing!

I joined a fight club, and got a trainer, just to make sure that I do exercises that are pregnancy friendly, I went for a trial yesterday and I loved it. I enjoyed boxing SO much hehehe. I also just wanted to try something different, we'll see how it goes. I will only be going twice a week starting next week and doing yoga on Saturdays. 

I have my 16 week scan tomorrow and can't wait, now 16w4d.

I was going to message this morning, this group is super quiet!!

15w5d showing A LOT! but twins are different i guess haha. added a photo to the post. Doing a 4D scan on saturday. Cannot wait to see my munchkins again. It is addictive haha.

What exercise are you doing? So far I'm just walking our puppy every day or second day. about 2km. I want to do more but i don't know what.......

I trust everyone is doing well.

You guys are SOOO quite, and I thought there were more ladies who joined in but I keep seeing replies from just 4 people (myself included), anyway, I hope everything is going well with all of you and trust that you are enjoying this journey. 

@Cands the twins are adorable, OMG, God though! too amazing.

@Charma, I'm totally with you on stitches, I also had some but they were not too bad, I think they took less than 2 weeks to heal. But I'm definitely going natural again.

@TKM all the best with your appointment this week, I am seeing my Dr on Friday at 16w5d

AFM nothing much going on on my side, I have decided to start working out, lol, DH and I will be doing it together, wish me luck guys, we start today. We find out the sex of the baby on Friday for certain, I can not wait. 

Are you guys showing yet? I can't wait for my tummy to pop, still looks like it's just fat/ I'm just too full, so irritating.
