March 2010 mommies RE-UNITE :)

I run my own business with my hubby, so im a full time mommy to blake.. Im so worried to send him to a creche because i live in such a small town and i dont even trust the doctors here... the last time i went for a check up the quack said im not too sure...

I did have a maid with me even before blake was born, So when he was about 5 months i started leaving him with her from 7:30 untill 12 or 1... So she would give him his breakfast and lunch...

So one day i was just courious... Before i went to shower and get ready i put the webcam on...

So she had to give him breakfast that i had already made.

anyway...

After about 5 min of feeding him... she spat in his food a number of times and then she would push his head back into his high chair. and she would put the whole spoon inside her mouth and spit on the spoon...

needless to say she had the choice to resign or to get a lawyer...
She was gone the next day after watching the recording..

so needless to say, i do not trust anybody with my baba except my family...

Im absolutely loving watching him day in and out, seeing his development, teaching him new things every day....
But i know one day he his going to have to go to creche for more stimulation and development!

Zulu - Missed you soooo much.

Muneeb is at home with me and his brother and sister, so I think he has enough stimulation.

Mrsz2 - can't believe he has been crawling since 9 months. Well done mommy. Muneeb is still crawling up a storm.

Hi Zulu....time waits for no one indeed.
The little one is turning 10months on the 25 Jan, my other is 6 yrs old and has started school.

I am actually regretting taking my child out of creche as i find he has no stimulation at home plus the nanny is such a quite person I am afraid my child will not develop as much as kids at creche are.
Am i wrong here ladies?

@Shonna, that is how Monde started walking ...very soon Blake will be and food...please advise also what to give a child?

@ Shonna my girl is at home with the nanny, we've bn thinking of taking her to a day care in the next summer, she does not get stimulation at home.

Yay...there is light. My goodness...no word of a lie ladies and i am chuffed to say my little one has been walking since 9months 2weeks and has 4 toothies.

He started crawling at 7months, 8months he was already walking around a room while supporting himself with furniture and other surfaces.

He eats anything but does not want water at all, he is 8kg...which I was a bit worried about his weight but the clinic sister said its ok because he is out and about.

He was at a nursery school last year, this year i got a nanny ....i dont think the lady stimulates my child like he was at creche. "Sad"

Ok, so Muneeb has 2 teeth atthe bottom. He eats anything and everything. Crawls and stands up against the furniture. He has quite a temper too.
