Jan & Feb 2010 Mommies

Hi everyone,

Long time no speak!
Have been so busy, at work in the mornings, and then home with the kids in the afternoon. It is so nice only working half day (but will be back to full day end of Aug)
So anyone else's little ones getting teeth? Abi is definitely teething - that little tooth is sitting just under the skin!
She is rolling over from her back onto her tummy too! Amazing how clever they are!
She can't sit yet though - she just falls over. Am giving her some cereal at night - but I mix it in a small bottle - and let her drink it, that way it goes down her throat and not all over the show - she loves her cereal!

Is so nice to read all about everyones babies!

Both my girls are so sick at the moment - they have both been on courses on anitbiotics - and still sick. I am not going to give any antibiotics now - I really dont like pumping them full of meds all the time - esp seen as it doesnt seem to be helping at all.
I think I should go and get a humidifier just to help with the block nose - esp for Abi.

Themba sits for a few seconds on his own too.
Its not long ago, when they were just a lump on the bed, now they sit. Its such a joy being part of their journeys.

Whats with our babies and eczema when i took buhle to the gp she said she has it. i never took the marks seriously cause they dont bother her. the gp said is she is not affected then rather leave it.

I do have the creams.

Shariefa: ill try the rooibos and use SBR cream cause i have it at home. maybe i should change the baby shampoo as well.

AFM: buhle still sick and mummy as well. taking her to the dr tomorrow morning

They are growing very fast. Jaqi was 5 months old last week. She sits for a few seconds on her own, and will sit supported for quite a time. The cutest is when she giggles. I can just laugh when she giggles. It is so adorable.

He has the eczema mostly on his face, but on back of neck and shoulders too.
I will get the Epizone E and Mylocort, and see how it goes. If they don't work, maybe I will have to go to see Paed again.
