Dinner was soooo nice, here is the recipe:

BEESVLEIS-EN-BIERBREDIE
30ml olie
900g stowebeesvleis, in blokkies gesny
50g botter
500g uie, in wiggies gesny
45ml worcestersous
sout na smaak
600ml bier
600ml beesvleisaftreksel
Kruiebondel
2 lourierblare
2 tiemietakkies
1 takkie roosmaryn
'n klein bossie pietersielie
'n paar peperkorrels
'n handvol vars pietersielie, gekap

Verhit die olie in 'n swaarboompot.
Braai die vleis in lotte tot goudbruin en skep uit.
Voeg die botter by en braai die uie in dieselfde pot tot gaar.
Skep die vleis terug en geur met worcestersous en sout.
Voeg die bier en vleisaftreksel by.
Bind die kruie en peperkorrels in 'n moeselienlap toe en voeg by.
Laat prut stadig vir 2-3 uur tot die vleis baie sag en die sous geurig en dik is.
Plaas die geurmiddels by en roer 'n goeie handvol gekapte pietersielie by.

The weekend was great just ended to soon. Zelri was a real angel and loved all the attention. She is really upset the last 2 days I think it may be another tooth on its way.

Deja, I've never pressed the img button after browsing for a pic... don't know what its for. The only thing I know is that if you use photobucket then you have to post the img code they give you, but I don't know what that button does

Ands, I have reported it to "my guy" :) , he must sort it out. I also tried it and it didn't want to work. :angry: (just read Marijke's comment, try what she said, she knows more about this site than what I do :) )

Yes, you can upload pics, just remember to press the "img" button after you browse the pic you want to upload. And the pics must be 500px small. That's quite small.

BabyJap, that is SUCH a cute pic of Q. Is he crawling yet?
