Deja thanks for the advice - I definitely want to get better naturally.
The idea about posting a pic with the recipe is awesome - we must definitely try and do that. I love getting new recipes to try that is why I thought of the idea :)

Ag Cinds so now it our babies and now us as well, thanx alot, Arwen was sick in the car so i landed up spending friday trying to work out how the car seat comes apart and back together, then i had a long hour bath and just read my book, as always still working extra shift for money and still not helping much, luck im taking time off this weekend and going to jhb to see family.

Try homopathic medicines for the sinus. I am drinking some, as well as tissue salts, for my hayfever and it is helping. Just takes a few days.
