Those of you who have photoshop, you just go to adjust image and then adjust it so that the picture is smaller. Let's see if it worked:

Hi ladies.

The files you are trying to upload is to big. Max file size is 1000kb(1 meg). Max. pic dimensions are 1500px(height) and 1500px(width) Please refer to attached pic.

Cinds, upload the pic like this:

On the bottom of the text field you can see the upload image field: Select image to attach. Select the image you want to upload and click on [img] . YOU MUST CLICK THE (IMG) BUTTON that is to the RIGHT OF the BROWSE BUTTON. This inserts a place holder for your file or image.
