I use Annique shampoo for Zelri, the others causes small bumps on her head think she is allergic to it. It is almost R70 for a small bottle.

Marilu sorry about Migs - maybe she was frustrated about something or maybe she is sensing all the change going on at home with the moving? A play therapist may be interesting to look into.

When I got home last night Renier was hard at work..he packed almost 5 boxes!!! So obviously it sinked in that I was very upset with him cause he was so lazy!

Migs bit 2 kiddies at creche again yesterday AND she's biting herself. I think I'm going to take her to the play therapist to find out what's wrong!

Elrike a farm party sounds cool! You could definitely use shumba.

I also use the j&j detangling shampoo and then the spray conditioner and it works well on Bekahs curls but hers are not as hectic as Migs or Michaylas
She used to hate tieing up her hair but she is better now.

Marilu some nights I blow dry Bekahs hair but she is so busy usually I just towel dry it. How is the packing going - have you convinced Renier to help yet

My DH bought me another Nigella cookbook as a surprise - it is called "How to be a Domestic Goddess". It is all about cakes and pies and pudding and muffins.
I made the raspberry and lemon muffins last night and they are delicious - I LOVE NIGELLA

Marilu I prefer to plan it so far ahead That way I know I’m prepared, but that doesn’t mean we do things every month in the beginning the planning is all on paper, then closer to the birthday, we buy the stuff we’ve decided on. ?

Vision - 3D party is just a term I use to describe it What we do is, with her themes we literally make up the party place like her theme (and not just table cloths and cups and plates of the party)

For example for her 1st birthday the theme was under the sea, and since her birthday is in the winter, the party was held inside the house. So what we did was we made up the living room like under the sea. We covered the floor (whole floor) with sea sand. We covered the walls (completely) in bubble wrap and painted it blue – and the bottom part we painted a sand colour and we painted shells on the sand. Then we got sea animals’ wall décor and pasted it on the bubble wrap, then we covered the whole ceiling in blue balloons. We took pool inflatable sea animals and hung them on the ceiling (so it looks like they are swimming). My grandfather build half a boat which was placed on the sand (sinking boat). Kaylin was dressed up as a lobster, and I had a bubble machine blowing bubbles in the room She had a treasure chest full of “treasures”. etc etc etc...

For her 2nd birthday the theme is Tinkerbell so we’re going to make the room into a forest. We’ll see how that goes.

I figure I won’t be able to do it forever, the older she gets the less she’ll want them (the way we want to do it) so we do it while we can.
