Binks, so sorry to hear that Vanya is so sick!! What do they do about the super bug? Can they treat her for that?
Glad to hear that Arwen is sleeping good in her bed.
I'm also contemplating cutting off Mig's hair. She sweats SO much that we have to wash her hair every night and she now hates bathing Renier told me if I cut of Mig's hair he'll never forgive me!

Pat I always think of you and Lonie when I'm awake at night..seems like our LO's are the bad sleepers in this group. And yes, when Migs wakes up only twice a night then it's heaven to me!!!!
How's the MS going? Hope you have a good rest tonight.

It's always so quiet on here on Friday's and that's the one day of the week that I do everything else NOT to work haha

We will only hear on Monday wether we got the house..it's going to be a looong weekend

Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) Its a supperbug in the blood or lets say a bacteria which she could have picked up any where thats why i hate it when these people in the street or the shops touch her, i have special soap at home which they use in the hospitals to wash your hand to make sure we dont give her anything also after changing nappies coz i dont want her getting routa viruis either. She is lucky coz mrsa is responsible for alot of bacterias that drugs cant cure. Hope that is understandable

Elrike.. Did Ouma always give Luwan lots of attention and now not?? I know new babies always take all the lime light.. My nephew was the baby of the family and we all adored and still do adore him. Unfortunately though when Adam arrived he took a back seat as all the focus went on the new baby.. And when my number 2 arrives its going to be the same for Adam.. Not cool but how it goes.. She shouldve at least bought him something..Shame man..

Vision.. Glad you got to spend some time with your Dad last night.. Was he only here for the night?

Marilu.. So glad it looks like you found a nice place.. And now the big pack!! Also glad you got to sleep a bit.. Laughing cos when our two ONLY WAKE UP TWICE we are ecstatic and think they slept through whereas other people whose kids sleep through properly would have a hernia if there kids woke up twice..

Binks.. I am so sorry you and Vanya were in hospital.. How did Arwen cope? Shew she was a very sick little babba..What was that first illness you mention before pneumonia?? Is she better now.. Poor noodle! Too young to go through stuff like that!! Big hugs..

We all fine.. Im still feeling revolting and Adam hasnt had the greatest sleeping week.. Avron is on a night stop tonight and our house guest is leaving so I am jumping STRAIGHT into bed when Adam goes down..

Boy 61 posts and cant remember a thing,

Sorry missed you guys Vanya was in hospital, poor baby had MRSA, pneumonia, ? baby measles and a bladder infection, got home yesterday, 5 days in hospital not lekka i missed my family.

Love all the pics our babies arent babies anymore.

As soon as i can will load a pic of Arwens bed, we had to move her out her cot with Vanya and we were not going to pay R600 per cot side for her bed so we made another plan and in the month she only fell out once.

Marilu sorry you having such a hard time hope tonight good again. Good luck with the house.

Vision A just the same wants to do it all herself, we really thinking of cutting A's hair all off, she doesnt want us to wash it or brush it its always a fight.

Morning Moomies!

I actually got some SLEEP last night so feeling much better. Migs only woke up twice Shame, her eyes are so swollen this morning because I had to leave the fan on in her room..was 28 degrees the whole night!! I did give her Ponstan last night so I guess it's teething keeping her awake? Will see how tonight goes..will put Vidol on her gums.

More good news..we went to look at 2 houses last night, liked the one ALOT and have sent in the application form. Hopefully we'll get it!! Please hold your thumbs!!!

Migs is growing up so quickly now! Her creche teacher told me yesterday that she doesn't like her normal teat bottles anymore, I can only send sippy cups to creche from now on And she got Migs to be the whole day without her dummy!

Vision, shame poor R They usually go through a clumsy stage don't they? There's not much you can do about the grazes Can you put something on it?

I cant believe it is FRIDAY!!! This week has flown past
I am going to a baby shower for one of the girls at work at 13:30 so it is an even shorter day for me.

Elrike I hope everything is ok!!! You can talk to us about anything!!!
I am so glad L enjoys moms and tots. You MIL really needs to treat the children the same and spoil them both!!!

Nadia how is L's rash? What did the Dr. give you for it? How are you doing? I am sure he is going to love the creche and it is nice that you have a back up plan in case

Lizel that is so expensive! I also wonder sometimes why people have weddings far away from where all their friends are - not everyone can or wants to afford that kind of money. They should pay for you to come You are not a sissy!!! Going to the gynae for anything is horrible!

Marilu what was the house like? How is M doing - did you get more sleep last night? I can just imagine you the night before on the mattress next to her bed - you are a dedicated mom!!!

Rebekah is sooooo clumsy - you should see how grazed her knees are!! She just runs and doesnt look where she is going. She fell on saturday and grazed her knees then again on Sunday and then again yesterday so she keeps opening the scabs and the she tells me sore

Deja congrats on your amazing site - I am sure from all the wishes you can see the moomies LOVE it!!!!!! I remember when you started and we were trying to figure out how to get more people to chat because it was just us and then pampers messed up which worked out well for us

My dad came for a visit and slept over last night (they live 3 hours away) so that was really nice and he bought us pizza for supper

Ons was vandag by Moms & Tots - Luwan het van die rondomtalie swaai afgeval en toe sy kop gestamp! Hy het 'n bloukol en rooi merk op sy wang en langs sy oog!!! Ai, my rowwe jack!

My hart is stukkend of in 2 plekke, maar ja dit is 'n lang storie en gaan julle nie met dit ophou nie! Ek sal seker een of ander tyd weer daaroor kom!!! :'( (My huwelik is 100%) So moenie stres nie!

Ek het vandag 'n nuwe bediende gekry, want die vorige een het gister weereens nie opgedaag nie - sy het glo ander werk gekry by 'n call-centre! Sy het nie eers die vrymoedigheid gehad om te se sy kom nie terug nie - Ek was redelik die hoenders in gister!

My SIL is pregnant and it is her Baby Shower this weekend! MIL was yesterday with me to buy presents for the baby. I took her to all the shops etc. Luwan was also with us, but she was all the time talking about the new baby and buying her presents and goes on and on....She didn't even buy Luwan a colddrink. I was just thinking she could have bought Luwan something as well! Seems if the world is turning around my SIL and her baby.... I could see it was effecting Luwan - he is not stupid, neither blind. He was so difficult yesterday afternoon at home, and towards my MIL. I hope things will change, when she is born.
