Marilu, I think she will be fine. I do feel that they are shy in the beginning but will warm up to strangers after a while. I know Kyle is also lately very shy and doesnt like to go to strangers but funny enough, yesterday at Spur with Skitter, he didnt want to go to her but after a while, he was standing next to her and was chatting away. I think if the stranger makes them feel comfortable, they feel more at ease, so she will be fine

Binks, did you have a natural birth?

Hi Justine, when do you get leave?

I am taking Nienke to a playschool from 19 January. There will only be six friends, all her age. They just play from 8-11 and it's almost opposite my work. Only for three days in the beginning. Really looking forward to it, think she's going to love it.

Justine I also checked in to see wether there was anyone chatting but there wasn't much going on..it just made me even more depressed knowing most of the Moomies are on holiday haha :)

Migs is starting 11 Jan at the new creche. I'm really scared..she lately doesn't like strangers at all so it's going to be really hard to drop her off at a strange place!!

Binks, congrats. Cant wait to see pics. Wow, 3.9, she is a big girl hey. Has Arwen seen her sister yet and how did she react?

Marilu, I was also here over the holidays but there was no one to chat to :( When does M start at the new school with Bardon?

Deja, I think it is 21 baby teeth that they get and I think they teeth up until age 3?

Skitter, it was awesome meeting you yesterday. You have an awesome family and your girls are so cute. Hope we can get together again before you leave.

Jana bly om te hoor dat Nienke se oogtande darem nou almal uit is. Ek dink hul kry 20 tande en die laaste kiestande kom eers uit na 2jaar? Eks nie seker nie.

Ons was net die naweek by my ma-hulle, ek het darem Vrydag verlof gekry so dit was so half en half 'n langnaweek. Ek het darem verlof hierdie Donderdag en Vrydag ook..ons gaan bietjie weg na 'n plaas erens by Ceres. Kan nie WAG nie.

Morning all

Congratz to you Pat, may it be smooth sailing for you.

Well as you all know Vanya was born Saterday 12:10pm at
wieght 3.96kg
head 36cm
length 54cm

all went really well and so fast was in labour for about 4hrs and birth 10min.
There not much to really tell
Still hate a enima.

Marilu dont blame you hope you here now to chat.

Patricia, congrats on the pregnancy! It is sooooo exciting!

Congrats Binks on your baby. Wow, our group's little members are growing tremendously. Wonder who will be next?

We are doing well. Had a lovely time, although Nienke was SOOOOOO clingy. She got all four her eye teeth during these two weeks. Hectic fevers of up to 39.6 but luckily that is all a thing of the past now. She has 16 teeth now, how many must she still get and at what age?

She is also learning new words all the time and she is CRAZY about Lollos.

Marilu, did you go away?

Lagarbah, glad you are doing so well. Seems as you are coping fantastic!
