Where is everyone today? Just want to thank the Joburg girls for a lovely meet on Saturday.. You and your "toddlers" cant believe they are are just Wonderful!!!

Nee, ek en B is alweer by die huis vandag.

Apparently this is normal for a baby/child going to daycare for the first time, they have to catch all the bugs (even those from the kids who don't look sick) so goodluck to anyone of you who still have to go through it. This would have been B's third week at daycare (only 9 other babies in her class) been to the doctor twice now - and this from a baby who's only had a UTI at 5 months. And the throwing up was a tummy bug that made her sensitive to lactose.

She's okay today, still on panado every 5 - 6 hours but no other symptoms that you can say it's flu or something

We had a great weekend! SO many babysitters on Saturday There was moments I have missed Luwan so much! he had a friend, who were 14 days older than him! He was the big one between the 2!
That boy still looks like a baby...! Luwan, looks like a toddler! There is so much to tell, but scared that people may fell offended! So if you want to hear the story, email me! LOL

Gister het ons van Naboomspruit afgekom, maar daar was 'n groot ongeluk op die N1 - 'n vragmotor wat omgeslaan het met beeste op. Die pad was toegesit, ons moes toe maar 'n alternatiewe roete gery het - die Ou Warmbadpad, maar daar het ons net so baie verkeer gekry! Ons het 4 en 'n half ure gery tot in Jhb, met 'n seuntjie van 16 maande was dit nie 'n grap nie! Gelukkig het ons darem veilig hier aangekom! Gewoonlik ry ons so 2ure max!

Hey everyone - haven't been on in a week and only 45 posts to catch up on, shame on you girls!

Congrats to Bahia.

Sorry to hear about your sister Lizel! Shame can only imagine what you are all going through.

Not much to report my side, but will give a brief roundup of events. Last week wednesday 17th B threw up 6 times, thursday 45 min angry tantrum, friday threw up twice, saturday threw up twice, sunday threw up once, started with a runny tummy in between, was fine Monday (I kept her home with me) tuesday fine, wednesday fine, thursday fine during the day but threw up once, took her to the doc on friday and he said to take her off milk, yoghurt etc for 2 weeks, so now we are on lactose free milk.

Saturday was great, she ate like she starved for 2 weeks then this morning she woke up with fever 38.8 under her arm, still spiking every 4 hours.

The school concert was cute, the babies were penguins, I still have to download the pics but they all looked the same so we almost couldn't tell which one was B. Will come post little later, not good photos and battery died.

Work is still okay but I have to say that this has been the crappiest 2 weeks of my life, went to the doctor with B just so I can have a good cry. Things also not so hot on a personal level, but oddly enough I have been bonding with the middle sister so much these past few weeks (we've never been close) but I guess both of us mopping up puke at 12 in the evening can do strange things!

As for us we still well, baby getting big so im getting unhappy, at least i have 7 working days left then off for 5 months.
