what can I get to keep him entertained in the car? Ideas please?

Vision...good luck with the injections! Yep my sister in law looks after L for me (I am really lucky...he loves them!) The only reason I was going to take him to creche was because I was worried it restricts her from doing what she wants to do...and she has 2 daughters that are in high school so ya...

So I took L to the doctor yesterday...she says he has "slapped cheeks"/fifths disease which is apparently a childhood viral illness. It is contagious before the rash comes out but now that the rash is there it isnt anymore...characterised by fevers, cold symptoms and bright red cheeks (hence the name slapped cheeks)

Migs slept through last night..couldn't believe it when I woke up this morning to find that it's light outside Migs was standing in her cot calling me..very cute

Vision, good luck with today. Is this your first MMR? It will go fine, we had two and both went perfectly no reaction so hope same goes for you.. It is never nice the actual injection part but it is quick at least. What time are you going?

Cant believe the rough time poor Charls is having at the moment. For those not on FB, Bardon has tonsilitis but he was the least of her worries.. She was sick and felt incredibly ill. Ange starting getting sick and then got admitted and been in hospital for 2 nights so far. They are treating her and Charls for H1N1 as they think she has it too. Yesterday Barno Charls DH got admitted too, huge fever and also H1N1 I think. Charls had to go home to look after Jo and Bards and Dad and Ange are in a room together.. Bards was up at 2H00 this morning forever and he and Charls were watching tv at that unearthly hour.. Our poor friend, true to Mom fashion, she is sick as well but just cant be!! She is dead on her feet!!

Been at work since way early cos its Moms and Tots day today!!

Cinds, I am like you I get cold really fast. The pregnancy did not help me to warm up. Even when I was in labour I wore this long pink and white socks the nurse laughed at me each time I went to the bathroom. We will start trying for nr 2 and see what happens.

Binks, glad everything is going good with your LG 2.3kg is a good weight

Vision, I also cant believe we are going for nr 2 already. I found out 2 years ago today that I was pregnant with Zelri. Hubby and his sisters dont like each other I think it is cause they always told him he is adopted
