Deja, the 7-up is still in my desk drawer here in the office, but when hubby came home on Friday het got the nicest sweets and chocks from duty free, and I ate like a pig this weekend! Darn those Double laite Lindt chock, I will not rest till the last one is finished... Also think maybe Nienke is teething, or maybe the start of a cold or something..
Re the swimming, Amber loves it!!! She cries when we have to go..On Friday after her class she was playing a bit still in the pool (firt "trappie) and just ran deeper in the pool, obviously she went head down, but back on the step again whe clapped hands for her and she smiled..
Nadia, I got a pack of Huggies last week, just to see how they are, and to me they are just crap, all hard and I dont think I will buy huggies any time soon again, when Amber makes a wee it goes all lumpy, like the nappy breaks down in sections or something.? But I have also heard from other mommies that Huggies is more a boy nappy and pampers a girl nappy??
Vision, cant wait for the meet, still have to ask Hubby if he will drive me, he can go do some shopping in the mall while we play..LOL, otherwise Amber will just have to behave in the car!

The rest of our weekend was nice, we also went to a petting zoo on Sunday and Amber fed some of the bunnies and animals.! She had a bit of a runny tummy since Saturday, I wonder if its something she ate or maybe another toothie coming??

Just a quick pop in.

Was working this weekend so didnt really get to do much. Went to visit my friend in hospital on Saturday. She is doing so well, still doesnt have a clue what happened but I think its best. She will be on strict hospital bed rest for the next 6 weeks so that her pelvis can rest.

Deja, Kyle apparently also didnt eat much this weekend, but I think when its hot, he doesnt like eating but he then drinks alot. Maybe the heat has cause Nienke not to want to eat?

Vision, I am going to try my best to come to the meet. Its far to drive but maybe I can convince one of my friends to join. She has a little boy of 3 so at least Jaydon wont be alone.

Lagarbah, I was checking the whole weekend if you had any update. Very exciting, hope you get the birth you want.

I have performance appraisels today at 1, so I am very nervous. Some bad news from my side too. Last week they stole the vehicle they use to transport the kids at the boys school during the day while everyone was there and over the weekend, they brole in and stole everything. There is no more TV, DVD, Fridge, microwave, nothing in teh kitchen, but luckily all the school stuff like cots, table and chairs and all the school work is still there. Just so sad though because it is really such good people that are running the school, never do any harm and now this

Deja it sounds like you are having fun in CT!!!! Maybe N is teething because when Rebekah teeths she doesnt want to eat anything just yogurt and usually she eats like a horse! Thanks I love that pic of her I must update my blog - my mom complained the other day!
I am just so glad so many of the moms are going to come - it is going to be soooo fun meeting everyone!!! Maybe next year I will organise a big one for all of the JHB moomie moms and we can do goodie bags.

Nadia havent posted any - I am soooo bad lately with posting pics. My work has blocked photobucket and have NO time at home!
How was L this weekend? what is your new boss like? I also use pampers active and have had a leak twice with Rebekah in 16 months which is pretty good!

Marijke I cant believe you are going to do it! I hope you enjoy it and the interaction for the few hours. What would you want to study? I am sure B will have fun with her cousins! Some days R doesnt want to come home from school and runs away from me

Lizel you are more than welcome to bring your sister - the more the merrier. LOL at the doors slamming - I also hate that. I also get nervous driving in the rain!

We had a great weekend - had my niece and nephew sleep over on Friday night and Rebekah had a ball with her little cousins (they are 8 and 10). We went to Milky Lane and I had a huge waffle - YUM!!! and then I bought them something each which took forever!!!! and then yesterday after church DH and I did a spring clean and moved stuff around.
I am bring R's cousins to the meet cause I have to babysit them that weekend so they should entertain our little ones
