Nou net teruggekom van die Gym af... Ek moes iets gaan doen om bietjie van my furstrasie ontslae te raak! Luwan het weer geswem en dit het nog beter gegaan...so daar is hoop!!

Ek het nou net die skokkende nuus gelees oor Sexy Hexy - Dit is verskriklik....Ek kan my nie indink hoe sy moet voel nie!

Skitter - dit gebeur nogal gereeld, wat hulle 'n seun verwag en 'n dogter pop uit... Ek wonder nogal wat sal ek doen in daardie geval? Ek dink mens is maar te bly die kind is gesond dat jy glad nie weer daaroor stres nie... Maar ek hoop dit gebeur nie met my nie!

Skitter u must tell hubby to please keep me some food as well....i just read about sexy hexy as well, so sad man, and the sad part is they say when u get to your second trimester its all systems go, but look at what happened. Shame man.

On another note, my friend in SA was told by three different docs that she was expecting a boy.....a girl popped out three weeks ago. I hope nothing like that ever happens to me

As for the chiken I put it in the oven with spices and potato (thus the spicy potato) and left if for 3 hours (forgot about it) and then I put it on roasting rack until the outer was crisp and brown
