marilu i could never do the atkins diet. my dh lost his 20kg by just eating the right number of calories and doing a bit of exercise but mostly just eating right.

Rebekah is super duper - she started getting an eye infection but I used the drops from last time and her eyes were clear this morning.
I have taken 2 days off so wont be in tomorrow or Friday. Taking R for her 1 year injections on Thursday

Sorry been awol again, had serious ironing to do, still not done, but progress have been made M dragged a whole roll of toilet paper through the house...looked like christmas, lol

Marilu, I have also seen if M is over tired she is clingy and struggles to sleep, and falls asleep before bottle is done so sleeps less

justinek - ramadaan ends next thursday, we in the last 10 days now.

And im so exhausted because im redecorating my house as well, so now all the old things need yo come off and be cleaned then packed away and then still repack and clean all my cupboards. wash floors and windows and blinds and like a total spring clean

For those who asked, Jaydon has only had tonsilitus about 5 times his whole life, so its about once a year. Im going to monitor it for now and see if it gets worse than make a decision.

Marilu, I have also noticed that if Kyle is overtired, we struggle more to get him to sleep.
