paula yip Rebekah picks up a remote and gives it straight to me cause she knows she is not allowed to play with it!

My DH doesnt like her to go near his tv etc and on sunday I was making coffee and she was watching Barney and the next thing I saw she was by the tv touching Barney, daddy was not impressed with me

I like getting clothes and toys! I love the stuff people find that I have never seen. Also Bekah gets so bored with toys so quickly so I have to rotate everything

I sorted Bekah's cupboard and she has so little summer stuff for this summer coming so I am going to have to start buying stuff.

Skitter M gaan slaap so 18:30-19:00 se kant gewoonlik, word so +-3keer wakker en is dan enigiets van 5:30 af wakker in die oggend. Sy nap in die creche 9-10 en 1-3 (meestal nie so lank nie). By die huis nap sy nooit langer as 'n uur op 'n slag nie.

bards also understand what we are saying by picking up on the key word we give like teddy and you automatically stick your hand out so they get the part of give it, so they put together they must pass you the teddy. but i dont think they understand give me the teddy. do you guys understand what im trying to say. the catch keywords and have learnt our body lanuage, also you saying no dont touch your voice has changed and you have a cross face and they have learnt no, but they dont know what a remote is!!!

And for family, I miss them now that they are so far, but it suits me. They only bring problems, lol

bardsi is back to himself, blessed, he is sleeping 2 hours morning, 2 hours avie and bed at 8-5:30/6am yay!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning everyone.

Wanted to say on the moaning/crying thing, I'm with Cinds, B only does that when she's tired or hungry. For the rest she can entertain herself really well. But for me it might be a perception thing, someone else might think that she is difficult or something but I don't because she was such a terror between 10weeks and 5 months that to me she's currently an angel!

On the understanding part, B understand really well what you say to her. For instance if there is a bunch of toys on the floor and I say bring me the car, she'll get the car. She knows which of her dolls/teddies is Lisa, Rocky, Schloss (the rest don't have names) She also understands that we are going out when we put on shoes etc.

For my mothers birthday yesterday I tried to teach B (from our house to their house, so didn't have that much time) to say Beppe (Ouma, grandma in my parents language, sounds like bê-pe) and she actually does.

She's still shy with strangers and will spend 10 - 15 min trying to hide on my lap but then suddenly its like she decides that the stranger isn't that bad and then she gets off me and runs around. Very cute!
