Marilu, you see the thing is, I dont feel ive lost any weight. My clothes still fit the same and I have not been on a diet or anything. I went for my birth control injection at the beginning of May and weighed, what for it, 78, now I weigh 72

Sumayad, it seems like veryone loves massages but me. I have only gone twice before and for me it hurts. My shoulders feel so relaxed now but its not a nice feeling when they do it. Im silly hey?

Claire, Kyle has about 5/6 meals a day. He has breakfast at 08:30, snack like yogurt at 10:30. At 12 he has lunch, at 14:30 another snack like fruit and just before I fetch him from school, he has supper like a purity. He will sometimes have supper at home but not always. He snacks during the day with cookies etc but he does eat alot on most days.
You can give him weetbix, kids love it or even pronutro.

Hello Claire So nice to hear from you again..we really miss you!!!! Sleeping is going alot better..we went from being awake every hour to waking up 1-3 times a night. But we also figured out that her ears were the huge problem and after the grommets she's sleeping WAY better. I still use the principles of that no-cry sleeping book daily!! Nope, I don't think we'll sleep properly ever again And even though sometimes I sleep for about 7hours a night then I'm STILL tired

About the eating..I don't know much about Mignione's eating at creche (the joys of a creche ). I know they give oats/mieliemeal/weetbix for breakfast and M eats the 'big kiddies' meals during the day. At night she doesn't eat much, only about a spoonful of veggies and a few pieces of meat. Inbetween I give her yoghurt, flings or Marie biscuits.

Missing chatting like crazy. Thought I'd just say a quick hi! I stalk you guys sometimes but everytime I'm at the computer, Colby attacks! I found a game for him to play online...now whenever I'm on he thinks it's playtime, so can't post til he's sleeping and usually I'm cleaning then!

Just wanted to ask...what are your little ones eating now and how much? Colby has gone off his Cerelac but I'm not sure what to replace it with?

Marilu - how's the sleep going. We've been at the no-cry thing for 2 months and it seems to go up and down, got him sleeping 7 hours straight but now he's waking every 3 hours again...do you think we'll ever sleep again?

Anyway, his lordship has awoken. Don't forget me guys!

Justine, what I'd do for a 30 min head and shoulder massage now. Hubby used to do it for me but now he is lazy
