Paula sorry about the pain. I am short so when I was pregnant with bekah i had such pain in my rib because the uterus and her were pushing on it and there is nothing you can do. I hope it eases a bit.

Mari you are going to do great working at home! And you can save money on petrol which is awesome LOL at R fixing it with just an update - technology can be so irritating when you dont know what wrong!

Pat sounds like your time away was awesome! So nice that you treated emily as well. I am sure she is going to miss her boy today how are you? let us know how his 1st day went...

My ears are much better - I wasnt sick so couldnt understand why they were blocked - well at least it is gone. it is so irritating when you talk and it sounds weird.
Bekah is so cheeky - this morning I asked her for hugs and she said "no hugs". I am so glad I gave her so many hugs and kisses in the beginning because now I get almost nothing!
My DH forgot to put off the alarm this morning so he set it off and she woke up crying her heart out. My dh told her sorry and she tells him naughty daddy....

My friend is having a boy so she is very excited! She is making me very broody and with all of you being pregnant it doesnt help things when I see all your scan pics With the new business I cant even think of it for now

AFM M is doing well, naughty but well. Pain is still there with me, wont be going away soon so drinking as much pain pills as possible. The baby is putting A LOT of pressure down there But all for a good cause hey

Hello everybody..

Wishing you all a Happy Mothers Day (belated).. For those whose hubbies didnt do a thing- dont worry Fathers Day is coming up!! The problem is we will soften by then and we want to make it fun for our kids too!!

Just know that you are ALL SUPER MOMS!!

Cant wait to hear how all the scans go this week!! We have another 3 weeks to wait! DAMN!!

Jana.. THinking of you as you write today..

We all good, Adam seems to have settled after 2-3 weeks of hectic tantrums.. He had a good weekend away.. As a treat to all of us we take Emily with us to Badplaas once a year.. She gets to go away for 3 nights, is fed very well, we treated her to a pedicure for Mothers Day and she gets paid 3 nights, 2 overtime weekend days wages so she smiles from ear to ear.. What is means for us is that we get to go and swim together as a couple in the Hydro (indoor pools) as Adam can only go when he is three.. It means we all take turns looking after Adam so all of us get to have a uninterrupted sleep some time in the day, and Avron and I got to go out for an evening meal together so was all good!!

Oh, almost forgot...

Lizel: You can use Folic acid Forte (it's in a pink box by the preggy vits) until the 2nd trimester. It has way more folic acid and vit b6 in than the normal ones and vit b6 is really good for MS. Try it out. It has saved me...my MS is much better if I remember to take it than if I don't.

Elrike - I'm glad to hear the MS has slowed down a bit. I only get it at night now (thank goodness) I want to die. It wasn't like this with Colby. Can't eat anything at night...makes me fell 100 times worse.

Nayeela - I agree with Vision! You are superwoman! I am too lazy to start my own business, it'll fail miserably!

Mari - How did your first day go? So nice that you can work from home.

Deja - hope your exam goes well! Are you 12 weeks yet? If so congrats.

Vision - I didn't know you had started your own company! Very cool. How's it going so far?

I am really disappointed! Was supposed to see the dr today and he cancelled cos he has flu. So I'm only going on friday! I really can't wait...don't even know if there's really a baby in there yet! Oh well...no choice but to wait.

Things on our side is doing great... MS is still there, but luckily not everyday.... Just sometimes...! This weekend we had a b'day party. There was 2 big boys of the age around 5 I think. They were so nasty to Luwan - everytime Luwan started to play with something they took it from him.... Later Luwan was really upset of the kids taking his toys... He was never like that, but I thiink I just had it with them... but now I see that children needs a 'maatjie'

Mothersday was the same as MariB's day.... Nothing. Not even a thank you or anything.... But... I''l remember!!!

Luwan touched this morning my tummy and said "boetie".... I always talked about "baba"... WIll see in a few weeks time.... Maybe Luwan is correct with the boetie!!!
