Ethel, missed you glad Zoey is doing great.

Justinek, Zoey (9.5mnths) is eating with us. I try not to use any salt as their kidneys can't cope with a lot of salt yet. I started by going onto the "rougher" purity's, like the spaghetti & beef. I'm also petrified of choking, so make sure you only feed soft foods. She had chicken soup last night, I roughly grated the veggies, cubed the chicken breasts really small & cooked everything till it was soft to squish with the tongue, she loved it! You can also start by chopping food with the stick blender, but not to a paste, they must get use to texture!
