Vision, she has one helper that comes in at 8:30, so there's two people with 15 babies. I'm going to HAVE to speak to the principal. Apparently the teacher spoke to the principal already and told her that she doesn't rock babies in her class so I don't know what the principal is going to say. Don't they understand that Mignione NEEDS her sleep? Anyways, going to speak to the principal on Friday so will let you all know how it went. I'm waiting for Renier to return cause he needs to be there when I speak to her so that's why we haven't done it yet. I just hope Renier is back by then!!

Sumaya, Mignione slept without waking up from 7 last night until 1oclock this morning, and then she was awake again every hour or so until 6. So glad to hear that Z slept in his cot!!! Is the dynexan a powder or a gel?

Ag no man Marilu I was really hoping the teacher would just see reason! So she would rather have M awake disturbing the other children and being miserable than just rock her for a minute And why is it just her looking after 15 children surely she has help - There HAS to be 2 people per 10 babies by law!!! There are 5 of them in Bekahs class looking after 12 babies.
I really hope you can find a good creche - what do you think the principal will say or do you not really want to talk to her about it?

Ag no Marilu,,, I was really hoping that you don't have to move M to another creche...Your last resort is to speak to the principle,,,,hopefully then there will be a change. I'm sorry but 15 babies is a bit much for one teacher.....Rather speak to the principle and take it from there......How did M sleep though?

Skitter, I hate washing pots never mind scrubbing them,, good luck, and sorry that M slept so badly, was it the food perhaps.

btw thanks re advice about Z sleeping in his cot....Last night we put him in and he woke up twice after that....then I put some dynexan on his gums and he slept through until this morning

Marilu, that is terrible of her! My mom was a daymother for 15years, and she did everything for those kids as the parents wanted it! They are there to provide a service and keep you and your baby happy! I remember one of the girls used to come climb in bed with me in the mornings when she got there also, lol.
But praying and hoping that you find chreche soon!
