Hey girls, I'm still here, back from my meeting and I've decided: Never again. I can't cope with B and taking notes - I already can't remember what has been said. She cried and screamed and everything all at once, she was so tired and was awake for 5 straight hours which makes for a very unhappy baby.

So last night I decided to give B a dreamfeed at 11 (hoping she'd sleep through) then she woke up at 3 and I went to her 3 times in 5 minutes (she wasn't crying, just chatting to herself but I can't sleep through that anyway) and then I realised that her nappy leaked and her bed was wet and I thought well there goes my sleep. But after a change, new nappy and new bedding she went straight back to sleep till 7.

Weet nie wat om vir jou te se nie Adele, dink dis baie kommen maar al die ander girls is reg, moet jou nie steur nie!

To all the other girls, hi, too tired to reply to each and every one of you, so just a general hi :)

Yup still here Cinds, M is taking a nap so we are both on the pc's. She will take a nap, dont worry, all the excitement tends to tire them out by the time you go to sit down.

Thanks for that info Deja, but i think u mean cotton wool in her ears not ear buds or am i being dof? LOL. Will take stuff with for her to nibble thanks for the tips.

Paula, thank u for popping in! is your visitor still there? I did confirm its 10kgs. So hopefully we not over! LOL @ J being a full blown walker. I dunno what we gonna do in the plane because she refuses to sit still for a long period, i hope she gets a little nap in between

Just quickly popping in....

Binks, Micheala knows that when its dark it means sleep, so her button is halfway working, lol. Its great to hear that A is standing and trying to walk! Congrats :)

Cinds, they usually share a seat with uou, but hope that luck is on your side and no one sits next to you....Try to keep the tin in luggage and have more space in hand luggage for toys....I usually have to nappy bags as hand luggage. One for nessesities and another that she can pack out and play with etc (with loads of toys). Great to hear that she just wants to walk now....by the time you get back she will be a full-blown walker! O and some airlines only allow 8kg for a baby below 1year, phone them and make sure dear!

Cinds, take lots of toys and things to occupy her on the plane. Cookies to chew on, food to eat, stuff to drink and toys! I let N rip the whole airplane book and then she would get bored. It is a very small space to be in and they get bored so easily. Especially Jesse who is so busy and already wants to walk!

Skitter, dis so oulik! Nienke word ook nou vroeër wakker, was vanoggend 6h wakker, wat HOPELOOS te vroeg is. Gelukkig was dit my man se beurt om op te staan, so ek het tot halfagt geslaap.

OH my word, you girls chatted, I have so many pages to catch up on.

Marilu sms'ed me, she said she has no internet. The internet at work is down and they are waiting for Eskom. She said she wrote in M's book what the teacher should do and it seems as if the teacher will give it a try.

It's amazing that Arwen can stand on her own, Binks.

Cinds, as far as I understand she gets her own 10kg's and she sits on your lap. Hopefully the plane is empty then she gets her own seat. Get her earbuds to put in her ears and let her drink juice or milk when you take off and descend. The take off isn't that bad but the descending can sometimes hurt their ears. N was fine both times we flew because I let her suck on her bottle and she had earbuds in.
Just make sure about the luggage.

Adele, I would just ignore it. It's not even worth a thought.
