Hubby left his can of coke on the floor the other night and because I usually give M sips out of my cans she takes quite nice sips....well anyway, she saw the opportunity to have coke (which she is never allowed) and she was sitting laughing her ass off full of coke and drinking a quater of the can before we noticed. It looked so cute!

Ok Micheala has a really runny nose so took her to pead this morning to stop her from getting sick hopefully. She got some meds for flu and nose spray, hope she gets better soon though.

We were playing outside a while ago and she just didnt want to let go of me, lol. but it was Freaking hot in the sun!!!!!

A lady sitting next to me at the clinic had 2week old twins, they were adorable!!!! OOOHHH I also want one now!



This is a pic of our bed when hubby bought it, its not very high and has a little step for her to help her get on, lol. But she could never reach it....M is really getting tall. She was playing in her cot last night and actually touched the toys hanging above her. where is my baby going????

Vision, hope Rebekah gets better soon...your little polka dot child. I also miss having a baby in my tummy! Enjoy Seychelles! Im also going along hey!

Marilu, glad you enjoyed your weekend and that M slept so well there, maybe you should move? Hope your sister's baby stays well now, happy that she is discharged.

Deja, M het vanoggend eers eenuur gaan slaap en tot so net na 9 geslaap....het haar in haar pram aan die slaap gestoot, sy was lekker moeilik gisteraand. Klink te oulik hoe N in die bad staan. M hou aan albie kante vas dan gooi sy haar boude voorentoe dan is sy vreeslik impressed met haarself!

Marilu changing environments might do you and M good, sometimes all we need is just change from our usual lifestyle.

Shew but u guys can talk, i'm trying to catch up, work, get rid of a headache and eat a chocolate at the same time............its NOT WORKING ek sal mos nie vir julle avoid nie!

Weekend started of ok, J got a runny nose on Saturday and it got worse, started giving her rinex (sp) and nose drops to bring the shite out and then we ended up at hospital last night because she wouldn't stop screaming after her bath we couldn't calm her down, i went into her room and cried a bit came out and then tried again still nothing, she eventually went to sleep so i thought ok its 6pm i'm gonna lay down with her, early in bed and then she woke up again and started screaming so we went to hospital. Dr said she is starting to get ear infection, her drum was a bit red and he wants to test her wee, so we had to wait for her to pee in a bag....it was like waiting for the rain on a hot summers day. She did wee but then discovered the bag was broken, flippen stupid nurse and then we had to wait again and at 9 she did with only little bits int he bag but it was enough to test and she has flippen UTI, got home a 10.30pm and woke up wiht a moerse headache......which i still have. She is on antibiotics and a bit better. J's top tooth is nearly out, and i ate a whole slab this w/e and sitting with another at work, cant help it aunty flow is here gr8 reason hey LOL

Marilu i think you need to move to da sea, you can first go to Hermanus and then leave the over the sea for a few long years still.... i'm glad M is doing so well and eating well and u got some sleep over the weekend....:)Thank goodness your sisters baby is doing well and back at home, shame your sister must have been in a state hey! just glad all is well again

Binks i'm glad that A is doing so much better and i hope u get enough rest today hey seeing that u had to work the whole weekend..

Deja N is such a cutie pie man, seems like she will be skipping the crawling seeing that she wants to stand up on her own already. Congrats on her standing up! wooohoo!

Hello to Sumaya and anybody else i missed!

Sounds like everyone enjoyed their long weekends! We don't celebrate easter but it was a great break and the sleep training went so well - I am ecstatic! From Thursday he has been going to sleep at 7:30 (sometimes earlier) and sleeps til 4:30. All this with no crying! So I am buying the book so I can also teach him to go to sleep on his own.

He also got another tooth, that's number 4. So he's been a bit miserable...rubbing his ear. I give him a bit of panado and then he seems fine but I'm wondering if I should go get his ears checked, just in case.

Oh, and he is FINALLY moving around. Backwards, but I'll take what we can get. Just now he found my ironing water on the floor and poured it all over himself! Now the fun starts. I guess the babyproofing can wait no longer!

Charlene - that is too precious about B speaking! Colby has been for a while but he's stuck on the same words! I love the doe doe and aggg! Toooooo cute! Glad you found out why he had the rash. I'm sure if you keep him away from it for a while he'll get over the slight allergy?

Vision - you must be so excited! I wish we could go overseas! I'm dying to go to Japan! But DH won't travel with baby.

Marilu - sounds like you had fun at the sea. You'll have to buy loads of eggs now and make up for lost time! Glad your sister's baby is ok.

Don't worry Binks, Winston Churchill didn't speak till he was 5 or something and the first thing he said was to a woman in the shop who's baby was crying. He said "Madam, your child is crying."
