Marilu how is M's cough? Did you manage to get some sleep?
How is the diet going? Are you managing to survive with no sleep and no food?

Rebekah woke up at 12:00 last night and then 6 times after that until we eventually put her in bed with us at 2:00. I then fed her and she still didnt want to stop crying to DH put teegel on her gums and then she started chatting away saying Mamma and Dadda the whole time... DH and I just fell asleep so dont know what time she passed out. She is such a little monkey!

Cinds have you got J's passport yet? When did you apply?

Good Morning

That is so nice that Nienke slept all by herself, it is the best cause at least you can sleep well. I hope your DH is ok. Wow that dr. is busy hey!!!!!!
Enjoy the sentencing if you can :)

Claire I agree with Deja it is so nice to see what you look like :) YOu are really pretty and Colby is gorgeous! Hope you enjoyed the wedding :)

Cinds how did it go at the travel clinic? Are you feeling better today?

Marijke thanks for the info on how to handle it when they are doing something they shouldnt. It is so cute that B smiles at her picture, she knows a sweet pretty girl when she sees one :) LOL at your MIL being scared of B

Paula have you got each last drop of dust out of your immaculately clean house ;)

Mashudu that is so cute of your LB, it is amazing that just being able to see over the counter excites them because it is brand new :)

Didi Jane is sooooooo cute - looks like she liked those bunny's ears

That's very interesting Marijke. That makes sense.

Well, we had a lovely night. Nienke slept in her own bed till about 4am and then woke up, had some milk and went back to sleep. (In our bed.)

HOWEVER! I woke up at 2am from a throbbing boob that again had a clogged milk duct. SOOO my night was spent milking out, putting heat on the boob and worrying about physio costs if it does not unclog. I just milked out again and am happy to report my tmi that it is unclogged.

Have to take hubby to hospital today so that he can see an internis (don't know english word) to do tests. He had a fever again last night. It has now been two weeks! The normal blood tests didn't pick anything up. Which means we have to pay a s&&*load of money for him to be seen at the hospital because the internis is so full, his first appointment at his rooms are in October! Can you ever believe it!

Have a nice day, I am going to the High Court for a sentencing today so it will take the whole morning. :(

I know we talked about saying no last week, so here's what the practica guide says about it with regards to intellectual/social development at 32 weeks of age

"Should you want to prevent your baby from doing something specific, you could firmly repeat the word 'no' to let him understand the negative connotation. Try however to use this negative form as little as possible. Babies tend to ignore the word, if heard too often. An easier way of preventing a child from doing something, is by suggesting an alternative positive action instead."

I found this one interesting also under the 32 week development, this time for language.

"Be careful not to fulfil your baby's each and every need. Wait for him to tell you what he needs, since he will not otherwise be stimulated to express his own feelings and learn to speak"

still cant post a pic, but i will figure it out. the pictures in my coputer are too big.technology and i are not best friends. Thendo made me laugh yesterday. we were standing in the kitchen when he screamed "i can see!!" he meant he can now see the kitchen tops, he was very excited. Khuli is now calling DH, "dede", his first word, even T's first word was Dada, i thought Khuli would be different.

Jane, Colby and Bianca are SOOO Cute! The July Babes are the cutest in the world!

Didi and Marijke, I also gave Nienke chocolate ice cream yesterday and she absolutely LOVED it!

Claire, so nice to see what you look like at last. It is the first time ever we have seen what you look like!!! You are very pretty and Colby is adorable!

Didi, mischievous faces can be entered into the new competition.

Marijke, you can enter that ADORABLE pic of Bianca too, because I am changing the rules. (love being able to do this) You and Charlene and Marilu can enter!

Colby and Bianca are both cutey pies.

Marijke, B pulls the same mischievous face as Jané when she wriggles out of her nappy to smear my duvet with bum cream. I think she loves the sound the wet cloth makes against the duvet when I clean it afterwards. She laughs her head off.
