oh ja.... and trust me, i have 3 kids, you want to intruduce the word no asap!!! by the time they are 2 and you say no, dont do that, that are gonna look at you as if you are a alien. you need to say it with a stern voice, and not a sentence of no bardon dont touch that, its very naughty. you just say NO TOUCH sternly, no need to shout, just stern so that they hear the change in voice tone...

i am very very tired, bardon did not sleep at all last night, was even chatting to skitterling on fb at 3:30 am i was half asleep cause i just couldnt keep my eyes open, but he wanted to be held the whole time, dont know what the hell happened but i am so tired, prob got about 30 min sleep...
eventually just got up and started my day...
