Hi Chanz,

I personally havent asked about glucophage since I had Malia and last time I took glucophage was when I was 21 weeks pregnant as my gynae suggested it was ok to stop then.

Most PCOS ladies I have personally spoken to always say it gets better with baby number 2. I have always attributed that to the mother stressing less or having less pressure on baby number 2 because they already have one, and that could help in regulating the hormonal imbalance. i cant wait to hear what the ladies on here have to say about the topic, I'd so love to avoid the TTC stress associated with PCOS.

Best of luck

Hi Ladies

Just curious. How was your PCOS after your first pregnancy and birth?
Was it the same, worse or better?

People think we are crazy but DH and I have decided to start trying for number 2 in June 2012 (hubby turns 40 that month and I am 24).

So we are seeing our FS in Jan to see if I should continue with the glucophage and what state my ovaries are in.

I went for my 6 week check up and the gynae said I should carry on with the glucophage SR.

Did you ladies struggle with nr2 too or did it happen naturally?
We did IUI to fall pregnant and we really hope nr 2 will JUST happen naturally.

Would appreciate your experiences :)
