Clomid vs Femara for PCOS ladies

I am curious to know if there are ladies who have been on both Clomid and Femara and how you experience was?

I have been doing alot of reading about how Femara works better with PCOS patients and therefore gives a higher chance than Clomid.

We are starting our second IUI next month/cycle, and I have sent my FS an email requesting to try the Femara. So fx he agrees. I personally found the Clomid dries up the cervical mucous and the head aches aren't pleasant. I hear that Femara doesn't give these unpleasant side effects. And apparently ovulation is achieved better on the Femara. I know it's alot more pricey than Clomid but we don't mind.

We have decided to stop at our 3rd IUI before moving onto IVF. We live in Richards Bay, KZN- are there any other ladies here that are from KZN who go to JHB for treatments at Medfem or Vitalab?

Anyone done IVF with Dr Naidu & Dr Bhana in Durban?
