Struggling to concieve with rare illness

I just finished my 3rd cycle on clomid this month (now in my 2ww also last cycle so I hope this works). My 1st cycle on Clomid in November 2014 was horrible. I gained over 9kg face broke out, sore breasts, headaches night sweats and bad diarrhea. I fell pregnant after that cycle but lots our bean.

The past 2 cycles were great I ovulated both times from both ovaries.

Not everyone reacts the same on Clomid and the Dr’s usualy moniter you closely. Clomid is a very popular fertility drug!

please help me, my friend has a rare disease Myasthenia gravisc and she recently went for an op for for her bad endo which her one ovary was removed. I recieved some questions from her please help as I dont have experience " After my op my gynae has now said she wants to put me onto clomid for 3 months. Any advice? Any side effects?" thank you , she is 23 and trying for her first.
