My daughter gets a gummyvite daily - they are affordable and not revolting so I'd reccomend them as well as Scotts Emulsion.

I am using Calvitalis and it has helped a great deal with my little man who has a poor appetite.
Visit : www.sekhealth.com/Consumer_Calvitalis.aspx

Then I also just get the normal Barbie/Barney gummy chews(which my daughter thinks is sweets) :-)

I'm a strong believer in Creche Guard or Zinplex Jnr. But I found that they get 'gatvol' after a month or so and then switch them to Gummy Vites or those Barney pills and then we are back on Creche Guard the month after. :cheer:

Well, I won't say that I have done extensive research regarding multivitamins, but I have had a little look-see at what is available.

I really like the Solgar Vitamin C and Solgar Multivitamins. They are not pricey at all and really good.

To prevent colds/flu etc during the winter months, have a look at Echinaforce.

No one has commented on this thread, so I will take a stab.

I am not a huge fan of multi-vitamins and the like, but I also get that it does make you feel better if your child is not eating and then you can go "tick" at least he has got some vitamins in.

I pick up those Gummy Vites when I shop - they are reasonably affordable, kids like them, and my kids get one a day with breakfast - and they seem to cover the basic range.

There are probably dozens better, but that is what I use.

I do tend to also opt for the Calcium Chews as well when they are between 3 and 5 - I get these from PnP as well - they are a bit more expensive.

I am sure there are moomies who have researched vitamin supplements a bit more indepth than I have, so no doubt they can throw a bit more light.

Ok...so Jayden is now 4yrs 4mnts old. I'm looking for a really good multivitamin to give to him.

What would you suggest?

Also for a while he has been struggling with being constipated, yesterday I had to get him a suppository just to get his tummy going. He is looking rather pale at the moment :( I need to boost his system, since he is not eating well.

HELP??
