I give my son Scotts just before he goes to school in the mornings as he eats his porridge there. I know that Vitamin C is prone to keeping you awake though, other than that twice a day could be a good "winter booster".

I usually give it to my son after supper in the evenings too! Have no prblem getting it in..

I give my babies at night after supper. I believe when the body is resting it works best.

My pead said to only give it at night as it can keep the kids awake - but if you do not have sleep problems i do not see why not.

I give my kids Scotts Emulsion in the morning (in a rush) and hope most of it goes in the mouth.

I'm also interested to hear... mornings are too hectic. I give vitamins in the bath, less messing. I have wondered though if its better during day or at night?
