Average Cost for Aupair/Nanny?

Hi Mommies,

I need a bit of help please.

What is the average monthly/weekly/hourly rate for a Au-pair/Nanny?

This would be for 2 boys age 5&9 she must help with the following
1) Take them to school in the mornings.
2) Pick them up at daycare/after care in the afternoons
3) Take them to sports and other activities after school
4) Help with home work
5) Get them ready for school in the mornings and make sure they bath at night.

Please I urgently need advice on this.
