I am getting the abdominal belt from Larrissa (newbie mom).
Will let you know as soon as I have it if it works or not. She says she used it and itworks. They say you should wait atleast 5days before you can tie your tummy. I think I will wait for ten days coz
eyi I dont want a big tummy.

The belt / towel is meant to help with the flabbiness too, get your muscles supported, but I cant say yet cos our cleaner has hidden my support pants

Was gonna say I recon the towel wrap exercise you must leave till you're allowed to exercise again so 6 weeks.

My gynae said I should wait 4weeks after C sect to avoid disturbing thr stitches.
Didnt use the belt as my tummy went back on its own, just need to work on getting it less-flabby

you can use those tummy tuck panties that you get at edgars / woolies soon as they remove the stitches and my doc recommended it as i had to spend a lot of time standing. Not sure of the towel though. Unfortunately not the most comfortable thing in the world to wear at home on the couch.

I'm in need of ur help. M having a C-Sec on monday, I just want to know how many weeks do u wait before u can start tieying ur tummy?
Or do u know of any martenity belts designed for C-Sec that one can use immediately after birth and do they actually work and where can I get them?
