ChanM - Oh no, that was terrible to be treated like that by that other gynae. I hope the bleeding has stopped now. Well, it is a positive sign that the baby's heart is still beating. I am sure you have a little fighter there.

Well, I had my appointment on saturday. My gynae thought I was there for a pap smear. When I told her that I am pregnant again, she was suprised but happy.

My little bean is 7 weeks and has a strong heartbeat. My c-section might be scheduled for the 23th or 24th Dec, I still need to confirm this at the next appointment.

Sorry to bust in here girls, congrats to everyone. Just a message to Yvette; you can always drop Ash by me if she gets too much and you don't feel lekka, anytime! Especially if it does turn out to be twins

hey girls. i think reality just hit home this weekend. i am slightly worried about having another baby so soon. i reall yhope there is no twins. ashley is such hard work at 9 months. its moan moan moan and glued to my hip. i am so so nauseas and struggling to fight it. all i want to do is pee, puke and pass out.
my DH is awesome. he is so different this time around. he watched ash on sat and today while i took a nap. i was excited for having just one hour to rest, but he just let me sleep until i wwoke on my own. today i slept for 3 hours, and when i got up, our braai was almost done, with veggies and all. what a star he is. and, was thinking about timing with this baby, i should be due in early jan. my nanny Gloria will have to take leave in december. what am i going to do without her for 3 weeks while i;m such a whale??? ashley does not go to creche, and cameran will be on school holidays. oh crap. we need to meet girls. where do you all live? i am in malmesbury cape town.

Chanm fx for you. M@M had lots of bleeding until 12 weeks so while it must be really scary, seeing a heartbeat is still very positive. xxx YOu know they say you become a mother from the time you find out you are pregnant. It is so true. xx

Maryke Twins - wow.

Just a quick update from me... woke up this morning to bright red blood again. Totally freaked out. Phoned my gynae but he isn't on call. Spoke to the gynae that did my first d&c - which I couldn't stand! Said things don't sound good I need to meet him at the hospital at 9am.

Anyway went for scan and there was baby's heart beating away! So much faster and clearer than Tuesday's scan and it was an external scan. He wanted to do another internal scan but I refused! He can see where the bleeding is coming from but gave no explanation as to what's causing it or what's going to happen. Just said you can get dressed now there's a strong heartbeat! WTF?? Then said the first 12 weeks are touch and go in any pregnancy have a good day!!!!!

ARGHHHHHHHH! So i'm at home now and back in bed. Will have to wait and phone my gynae tomorrow morning again and see what he says. I asked if I must increase the cyclogest to 2 a day and he said nah it should be fine?

If I don't have a heart attack before the end of this pregnancy then I don't know!

I hope you all havingt a fab weekend so far, thank goodness i finished my 4 shifts and now off for the next 4 days.

Yvette they get more and more cheecky as they go but it so cute i cant stay cross. Here my little one.
