Durbanville Medi-Clinic/Dr Lizette White

Thanks for your input ladies!!

The reason I'm asking is that I saw on the Medi-Clinic website that Dr White's Medical Interest in Infertility and I thought she could probably help me with this monitored cycle if my own gynae can't. And then if I stick with her, I'll probably have to give birth at Durbanville as well.

If you had to compare Durbanville to Louis Leipold and Panorama for instance, where would you rate it, from 1 to 10?

If there are any other ladies who has some insights on this... Please shout.

I had my baby at Durbanville Medi-Clinic and was in the hospital twice before baby was born due to complications. First time went into labour at 31.5 weeks on a sunday morning, rocked up at the hospital at 4:30am and they were stunning with me. Find nurse Alison she is fantastic and explains everything that is happening with your body. She helped me and hubby alot with support when we did not know what was going on.

I was with Dr Wynand Truter and wish I still lived in CT to have him deliver my next baby. He was fantastic, good bedside manner and always took the time to explain and to find out how you as mom is feeling. He also managed to keep my baby in until I had a selective c-section at 39 weeks. My scar is small and I was up the following day and driving a week later.

i dont know her personally but know ppl who see her. She has a good reputation but with her popularity comes a long waiting list for first time visits.

I can recommend my gynae dr andrew rosselli who is in somerset road in durbanville and delivers at durbanville mc and panorama mc. Been my gynae for 8 yrs, he delivered my baby 3 months ago, and 2 of my friends plus an acquaintence see him and very happy.

Andy dont know Dr White personally but a friend was with her and had no complaints.

My appendix got inflamed when I was 18w preggo and I had my LG there as well! Had a very nice experience!

BTW I am with Dr. Truter at Durbanville and he is the best! Very good bedside manner and I have never felt uncomfortable while he is doing an exam. He was also very supportive when I had my MC.

Hope somebody could shed some more light on Dr White for you.

I'd like your input on Durbanville Medi-Clinic please. Good and bad experiences if you don't mind.

And if anybody has been to Dr Lizette White, what was your experience with her? How soon could you get an appoinment with her, her beside manner, etc?
