Hi there girls!

Quickly popping in again. I haven't been able to chat in a while. I'm so darn busy at work lately and my brain can't keep up anymore. I'm unfortunately an auditor so it's deadlines and planning and finalisation all the way through now until I go on maternity leave - don't know how I'm going to keep up!!

I can't wait for my next scan on 28 Feb and then midwife appointment on 02 Mar. Really looking forward to how things are going to develop over the next few months.

Sorry I didn't catch up on everyone's posts - quickly trying to say hi before I run off again How's everyone doing?? When are the next scans etc??

Ankia - so happy I'm not the only one on this thread going cloth! I was originally going to go with mother nature but after reading that they take long to dry I decided to try the pre-fold ones. I live in a flat and dont like using the public washing lines so will suit me better to use the flat cloth kind. But MN nappies are so cute! My mom has already bought me a few stegi and bambino mio nappy covers....the BM ones are especially gorgeous! If you can find that pattern though that would be great....definitely keen to experiment with making different kinds and see what works best

Skai have you seen the Bam+boo nappy on www.doodlebums.co.za, they are expensive, but they look very nice.

I know some one that had a pattern to make cloth nappies, i will see if I can find it

I used Nuk with my son, and will use it again, and I used cloth nappies as well, the Mother Nature range, and I will use that again, and we save alot of money for not using disposables.

Skai I am so glad to see another cloth nappie mommy, and I must agree, it is such a great saver and with the second one, you save even more.

So jealous of all of you in the second trimester already One more week till my foetal anomoly scan so counting down the days....

As far as nappies & bottles go, we haven't started chatting about that yet so not sure what everyone else is planning. I am going to be using cloth nappies - it just suits my pocket and liefestyle better than disposables. I've decided on the bambino mio and stegi nappies. Already have a couple and my mom is copying them and sewing me a whole lot so I'll have loads and at a fraction of the price.

I also think I'll go with Avent bottles and breast pump...

Ankia feel the same way. Fruit is great but just doesn't fill me up enough...sigh...

Candi - hope you are ok! I'm sure the doc will be able to give you something...

Hello Mommies to be

i am new in here, and am 15 weeks preggies, i am so happy!

i will be 4 months on Monday & i am going for my next scan on the 23rd Feb, i cant wait to see my lil baba again, it's such an amzing feeling

I am feelin a lot better, my 1st tri i had a lot of pains, no morning sickness, and am always hungry, and i eat whatever, is this wrong?
i do eat healthy but crave a lot!

have u decided what nappies & bottles to use as yet? what's best, i am not sure about all this, so i can here for some answers / opinions
