So we only 2wks apart.. nyc..wat is LO?..I'm sure it was a pretty sight,I stil do urine stick tests now n again just to make sure the hcg dnt go down..
Can't wait to experiece that too...it must hv been the most amaizin feeling ever..I'm sure u cnt wait to c the lil hands ,fingers n toes

LO - Little one
BO - blighted ovum
MC - miscarriage
DH - darling hubby/ DF - darling fiance
POAS - pee on a stick
BH - braxton hicks
LB - little boy
LG - little girl
BM - breast milk
AF - aunt flo (period)
TTC - trying to conceive

I'm due 26 August

Was such a relief to see the baby in the uterus and that tiny little heartbeat....but even that relief was short lived....now I just want the foetal assesment to hurry up! I don't think the worrying ever ends! I can understand why so many women buy dopplers so they can hear baby's heartbeat at home...

I'm sure everything is absolutely fine with your LO-the chances of it all going well are much higher than not!

..thanks a million Skai,blv it or not it just feels beter to hear it from another preggie lady who has experienced the same thing cos it sometimes just feels like our GPs just reassure but not really getn the emotions ur feeling..(I kno u can relate)..so I wnt b completely at ease until the scan but I feel some sort of relief*whew!*.. I kno dis is crzy but I think its high tym someone invents "home use" ultrasound machines..that way we won't hv to go through so much torture waitn for the nxt scan ..thanks again..wen r u due?I'm due the 8th Sep

ha ha, Blackdiamond....how cute!

I went to my GP at about 4 and a half weeks and he did a scan just for interest sake. Was too early to see anything except the uterus lining starting to thicken. Last week I had another scan (7.3 weeks) and baba was quite happily in the uterus, little heart beating and all. So you really don't need to worry (easier said then done, I know!) as it was definitely too early to see anything. This waiting between scans is terrible though! My next one will only be for the foetal assesment at 13 weeks! Ages away.... sigh...

Candi - so glad you got your mind put at ease with a scan! Could you see limb buds yet? And you LO really has been through a growth spurt! A whole week ahead!

@Naz seems like me n u r sailin on the same boat..I did try creating the ticker thought it wud work but no,it ddnt so shud u figure it out u don't forget me..
@Pat n Cand..congrads ladies..I'm only due for my scan on the 9th of Feb n I blv I'll b 10wks1day then..n the wait is killing me cos the last scan I had the lil bean was not yet in the uterus..it was btn the tube n the entrance of the uterus..my gyaenae said not to worry as its makin its way there n that ectopics dnt take place at that area ,they usually take place deep in the tube...n it was only 4wks then so he said hed b worried if it was 6wks or more n the bean was nt in the uterus..but I'm going crazy non the less!!
Iv had a m/c before n if anythn is wrong it wud kill me..so did anyone experience the same thing?n is everythin k?
N if anythin was wrong wud I hv the signs already?
