Thinking of you! My membranes ruptured at 33 weeks, Nathan was born on 02-12-2010 ... I was hoping for a natural delivery again and he was only due now! My first LG was born at 39 weeks and no problems. I saw my gynae with Nathan at 32 weeks and all seemed fine, it was totally out of the blue! I literally woke up at 3am also not sure if it was "wee" or amniotic fluid. If it doesnt smell bad, or has a sweet smell (mine literally smelt like pancakes and cinnamon!) then its amniotic fluid. THey will do a quick test at the hospital and take it from there. Unfortunately in my case they had to do an emergency c-sec. Athough, if Nathan had been lying correctly, the gynae was prepared to induce me or even let natural labour kick in and go natural - I had a terrific gynae (stand in as mine was on leave). I was already having contractions and didnt even realise it - no pain what so ever!

It defnitely sounds like your membranes have ruptured, and if so, you will be in good hands at Parklane.

These things happen for a reason and we cannot question it.

Just want to mention to you, if they decide to do a c-sec, and are only doing it later, you may feel less movement, because there is less water for baba to move in - wish someone had told me - because I got really worried when I wasnt feeling anything all the time like the day before! Just want to pass on my bit of advise that it can be normal!
