Nef, I can def say Im proof that even mommies giving birth in hospitals (even with epi) can seriously benefit from the hypnobirthing techniques.. just as much as one could benefit from it throughout normal life not just in birth. Like when going for a brazilian ;) Thanks for the book and the inspiration to both you and Anina! xxx
