Advice *worried*

My first pregnancy ended with a missed miscarriage. I had no cramps or bleeding or anything and one morning (9w1d) I had light spotting, and shortly after phoning gynae for an appointment very bad cramping. I knew it was over. Went for scan. Baby had stopped growing at 7weeks.

My 2nd pregnancy, I had spotting from around 5-6 and again 7-8 weeks, it was brownish red and I went for repeat blood tests to make sure my HCG was rising. I also had the occasional cramps but nothing like the first time. Obviously I was majorly stressed esp after the first MC. But thankfully all was okay and it seems to have been implantation bleeding which can happen in the first trimester.
My girl is now 6 months old

Hi all! I'm new on this forum and also recently found out I am pregnant with baby no#3, however I am really worried. I am about 5-6 weeks and I have been havin light watery pinkish/red discharge / red and period pain like cramps. The spotting is not so little i see it when I wipe or on a panty liner; started this morning and i have since made an appointment with my Dr for tommorrow. Am im going to lose my baby or could it be something else?
