Burning Toes

I am almost 5weeks pregnant with my second baby after my 1st baby died of complications. I am experiencing the weirdest thing. Whenever I stand on my feet for too long my toes start to turn red and starts burning. It does not go numb or anything, it just turns red and starts to burn..... What can be the cause of this and is there anyone else experiencing something like wise?
